Innovative’s video module now offers a browser-based viewer, which is more efficient and user-friendly than ever.

The new release of ISM 3.0 has been very well received by our customers. In early summer, the first customers started running on the new version, which contains several enhancements, new features and modules.

Innovative launches an advanced “speech robot”, which automatically dials contacts in case of an alarm. When the contact answers the call, the robot then reads out the alarm using voice synthesis. The contact can then decide what to do with the alarm.

We have recently been focusing on expanding our business in the Scandinavian market in cooperation with our Norwegian-Swedish distributor AddSecure.

ISM marks a giant leap forward. Consequently, we have made a document briefly describing some of the new features, which will automatically be available when upgrading to ISM, as well as the new add-on modules.

The new control room is organised around Innovative Security Manager™ solution, as their new platform for receiving and managing fire and burglar alarms, emergency calls and dispatch of personnel and vehicles.

Based on Innovative’s success, the company now aims to position themselves as the main supplier within the Nordic region with two new offices in Oslo and Stockholm.

We announce a product name change of our incident management platform, formerly known as interVIEW, to Innovative Security Manager™ (ISM). In alignment with the adoption of the new product name, the company launches a new website.

With Innovative Security Manager™ we also launch a Task and Resource Management Module, which makes it possible to create different types of tasks and then assign these to Global Units – either manually or automatically.

Auto-Instructions will become far more versatile and advanced than previously, including being able to automatically calculate the most suitable Global Units for a given alarm.
